Create the clinic
A name and organisation number — that's all. During the pilot phase we create the clinic with you; the trial period and the price are agreed in the same round.

Invite the practitioners
Enter the national ID numbers. Mark each one as an employee or contractor, and the settlement basis is ready.

Set prices and availability
Your own prices per consultation type, and each practitioner controls their own booking windows.

Bring the records
The practitioner uploads the documents into the patient's record, with source and date received. They come back out again if you ever leave.

Costs you have with any vendor come on top: NHN membership, enterprise certificate and payment provider fees.

Auditable, not just compliant
Record notes that are opened, exports and discharge summaries are logged, and the patient sees them in their own log. The record can be exported in structured form at any time — with a statement of what the export covers and what it leaves out.
